Our goal is to teach children the whole Bible! We want to help them know who Jesus is, why He came, and encourage them in a deep and meaningful relationship with Him. We encourage daily Bible reading and the importance of knowing & following God's word and seeking His direction throughout our lives. At Locust Grove we want to show kids the love of Jesus in our speech, actions, & conduct with the hope that every child in our care will feel loved, cared for, & prayed over.

Nursery
Nursery is offered during each Sunday morning worship service for infants through 24 months. There is a pager system used to contact parents if they are needed.
Our nursery area also offers private nursing and napping rooms for moms and babies.

Toddlers
Our Sunday School classes begin for toddlers ages 2-3. Each class utilizes the Gospel Project curriculum balances with structured play time. We believe this class is vital in creating a lasting love of Sunday School from an early age.

PK-6th Grade
Our student in Pre-K through 6th grade study Lifeway's the Gospel Project, which takes kids through the Bible chronologically while pointing to Christ's sacrifice and atonement. Each grade level learns the same story each week, so whether you have a Kindergartner or a fifth grader, they will experience the journey through the Bible together. This allows for great family discussion on the car ride home.
ROOTED
5th & 6th Grades
Rooted is a beginner youth group for pre-teens in 5th and 6th grades. This group gets outside of the Sunday School classroom and dives deeper into relationships with peers and their Heavenly Father. Don't worry - there's lots of fun things in-between. Games, activities and snacks, of course! No registration required.
